No, our kidpik basic site is available for everyone to purchase.
CAN I ADD ITEMS FROM KIDPIK BASICS TO MY NEXT KIDPIK BOX ORDER?
Sorry, not at this time. Our basic orders and box orders are processed separately.
CAN I USE THE SAME LOG IN FOR KIDPIK BASICS AND KIDPIK BOX?
You can use the same log in credentials; however, the accounts are not linked with one another.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?
Once an order is submitted, it can not be cancelled or modified as processing begins immediately.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is processed and shipped.
You can also track your order by LOGGING IN at kidpik basics to track your order and view order history.
We currently ship to mailing addresses and Military Bases within the 48 Contiguous United States.
kidpik basics offer Free Standard Shipping when purchasing $50 or more in a single transaction (excluding tax). A $5 flat rate shipping fee will apply to orders totaling less than $50.
Items purchased from kidpik basics are not eligible for free returns.
Orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day pending credit authorization and address verification.

WHAT IS KIDPIK BASICS RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your items, please return any unworn merchandise within 21 days for a refund.
Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to post on your account once we receive your return.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?
Contact CUSTOMER SERVICE for pre-paid return shipping label. Note, a $5.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
