No Bake Pumpkin Pie

We’re back in the kitchen today with one of our favorite fall treats. This No Bake Pumpkin Pie is quick and easy to make. It’s sure to become a new family favorite. Grab your chef hat and apron, and put on your favorite kidpik denim and graphic tees, and head to the kitchen!

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Pre-made pie crust
• 16 oz whipped cream
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 cups canned pumpkin
• 1 cup milk
• 4 oz instant vanilla pudding
• 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions: 

• Set out your graham cracker crusts.
• Make the bottom layer by mixing cream cheese, sugar, and one 8 oz tub of whipped cream into a bowl. Blend with a hand mixer.
• Fill your pre-made crusts with this layer evenly.
• Mix pudding and milk into a bowl and stir until it’s thick.
• Add two cups of canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon to the mixture. Stir until blended.
• Put this mixture on top of the cream cheese layer.
• Top the pies with 8 oz of whipped cream.
• Sprinkle pumpkin spice on top.
• Enjoy!
